An idea of where you have found these records might possibly help us to help you.  Country etc.  :-\
Transcriptions and NBI are merely finding aids.  They are NOT a substitute for original record entries.
Remember - "They'll be found when they want to be found" !!!

So, I've looked at "Ancestry" - I asked which country, and if England, then which county?

It is in a couple of trees. I think it might be a corruption of ‘unknown’ re her maiden name.
