Maybe Vera, date and a clean up if possible please

I have suspicions as to who this lady 'could' be but am waiting for possible confirmation of that, will update if/when I find out.

EDIT Looks like my suspicions were correct. Have just been told this 'is' Vera Jobling from Jarrow. Her dates were 1924-2011 and she married in 1944 at St Paul, Jarrow.

If anyone can give me a date based on her dress and possibly the hairstyle I'd appreciate it. I 'think' she has either a wedding or engagement ring on?
And though its not too bad, if anyone could do that voodoo you all do so well and give the photo a clean up that would be wonderful.

This reminds me of a photo of the Queen taken about the time of her coronation in 1953, but it could be slightly earlier. Unfortunately her ring finger is hidden Here's a clean from me

Hmm, okay so you are way more perceptive than I, what I thought may be a band on her ring finger, now that a sensible person has pointed it out I can see its her 'middle' finger :-)
