Frank Percy Pye and family.

It is difficult to know where to place this topic. (Kent, Essex, Cambridgeshire or London).
I am researching on behalf of a friend, so I have limited info about the families involved.
Frank Percy Pye appears to have been born in Greenwich on 1 Jan 1918.
He married Winifred Lily Carey in Cambridge in 1968
He died in Cambridge on 3 April 1998.
As far as  I can tell his parents were Percy Pye, born West Ham 1899 and Frances Isabel Cape, born West Ham 1899 Married in Greenwich in 1917 and died 1931.
I am finding difficulty in finding further info about Frank Percy's parents and grandparents. I have not located any trees with further info on Ancestry. Any help would give me a great boost in this search. Thanks

There are other Pye/Cape births in Woolwich and Holborn.

Have you found Percy Pye in censuses.
There is one born Woolwich in 1898

In 1901 566/82/17 he is with parents Percy and Maud and in 1911 indexes is a stepson to Henry Naylor in Woolwich

I have been looking for census info for parents from 1901 and 1911 Census. At moment they are escaping me. Free BMD suggests siblings for Frank Percy may be Albert Pye, born 1919, who he appears to be with in 1939 too, Frances M Pye, born 1922, Holborn and Roy Pye, born Holborn in 1923.
