Hi, struggling to read the left column and the right column - can you help pls?

Refers to a soldier who died in the British Indian Army in 1928.

The left column seems to be:
Lincs Regt    (Lincolnshire Regiment)
I W L            (no idea what this means!)
S/Sgt Instr   (Staff Sergeant Instructor)
A/R S.M.      (Acting rank Sergeant Major?)
4792574      (possibly his service number)

The right column reads:
Calcutta
15/2nd/6472     (no idea what this means!)

Left column looks like it refers to a Staff Sergeant (S/Sgt) in the Lincoln Regiment, possibly an instructor based in Calcutta. The number at the bottom is probably his enlistment number.

The right side looks like a record of payment to his widow in India - possibly 1479 pounds and sixpence?
