Zu einer bei den unterfertigten (unterzeichneten) Amt den 6 Februar 1902 zur Vermittlung
angemeldeten Streitsache sind den 15 und den 26 März 1902 vormittags 11 Uhr
vor den nämlichen Amt erschienen.
Frau Anna Barbara Gsell geb(orene) Florin in Chur, Klägerin
Herrn Anton Gottlieb Gsell, Metzger von Chur, Beklagten
betreffend Klage 1) auf vollständige Scheidung der zwischen den Litiganten be-
stehende Ehe. 2) auf zutheilung des der Ehe entsprossenen
Kinder Anna an die Mutter zur Pflege und Erziehung. 3) auf
Bezahlung eine jährliche Allimentation von Fr 200 bis zum
erfüllten 16 Altersjahr der Kinder. 4) auf Bezahlung von Fr 500
für böswillige Verlassung und der Frau zugefügte unbill. 5)Un-
ter gerichtlicher u(nd) außergerichtlicher Kostenfolge – alle Präzision bestens vorbehalten
Da die heute geschlossene Vergleichsversuche erfolglos blieben, wird der Streitgegenstand ans das zuständige Gericht gewiesen.

1) for complete divorce of the litigants standing marriage.
2) to allocate the children to the mother for care and upbringing
3) to pay an annual alimony of Fr 200 to the children until they reach the age of 16
4) to pay a sum of Fr 500 to the woman due to malicious abandonment and injustice
inflicted on her
5) the internal and external court costs - all (Präzision) proviso reserved
Since the settlement attempts today were unsuccessful, the subject of the dispute will be referred to a higher court.
