Do you know what is says or refers to in the right hand columns?

Could you be more specific?
On the census type images Col 5, 6 & 13.
Once again thank you

#13 has to do with the end of residing in Eeklo ... either due to death (date) or moving to another place (location name)

eg 1880-1890 col#13 has an 1883 date mentioned for Rosalie. This should be her DOD and the #77 is probably the number of the DC. However for Alphonse it contains a location followed by dates (so he would have moved)

Col#6 is the occupation.
I'm not very good at this, but if I read it correctly:
1880-1890 seems to contain W(?)ever, landbouw - werkman (weaver, agriculture - workman)
1890-1900 seems to say Leerlooiersgast (Tanner)

Col#5 contains information regarding their "Burgelijke stand" i.e. their civil status, but in this case specifically abt their marriage
eg in 1880-1890:
- Karel was married in Eeklo on 2 April 1864 and remarried in Eeklo on 16 Feb 1887
- Daughter Marie Louise was married in1886 and consequently was moved to another part of the Eeklo population register
- Second wife Leonie Martin was married in Brugge in 1878 and remarried in Eeklo in 1887 (FYI the 2 girls following her were from her first marriage, while Alfred Martin was born out-of-wedlock)

One more thing :
Bernardus LIPPENS and Marie Therese FLOCQUIN marry in Oostwinkel on 30 May 1838: https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:939V-4YJX-P?i=184

I believe Bernardus’ parents are Martinus (a “stroydekker” ) and Livine(?) Therese WILLEMS.
Marie’s mum is Marie Catherine FLOCQUIN, deceased. NB Marie Therese’s 1815 Adegem BC confirms that she was born “onwettig” (illegitimate): https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:939V-4Y94-JW?i=81
