Hi, I know getting records are going to be delayed due to covid but I just wondered if they still cash the cheque straight away. It was only about 2 months ago I sent the forms but the cheque still hasn't been cashed. Is this normal? I didn't want to spend the money if they may take it in several months.

They normally don't cash the cheque until they start to process the request. They have been known to request a replacement cheque if it has gone out of date
