Have you looked for her on the 1939 register?

Did you establish her mothers maiden name as there is more than one birth entry for that name?

Freebmd shows marriage of parents 1890 - maiden name Carter but GRO online shows it as Cater on both births

I don’t think this is right. You have the correct family but that is not father’s occupation. It is the same as 1901.

do not know if she married
mothers maiden name was actually Ellen Louisa Cater not Carter
her sister elsie married and i have all the details for her but nothing for Doris
they were my dads sisters
he died in 1979

Where did Elsie marry?
When did the parents die?
Was that in Birmingham/Aston?

Her baptism shows her birth date as 25th March 1897.
You could search 1939 register for a likely entry, perhaps.
