1901 3536/96/19

James and Mary J Lloyd plus several children are living at Church Gates, Southport. He is a Corporation Labourer. The census addresses above this entry are Peets Lane.
So between 1891 and 1901 the Lloyds have left Peets Farm.

1901, Jane Peet is living at 15 Vernon Road Southport with sons and a grandson.
There is a death later in 1901.

Possibly not the right one?

I've had issues with family search and my internet connection today - thought the two were linked!

Does this link help?

You might find these free sites useful, the first one you have already been given but I wanted to add the info about where to look

www.lan-opc.org.uk  look under North Meols and Southport

www.lancashirebmd.org.uk

Also the free search on the GRO website
https://www.gro.gov.uk/gro/content/certificates/Login.asp

Brown Edge was just a few houses just over the Southport border in Scarisbrick, I suspect they would be living on one of the properties actually on Southport Road as the alternative Turning Lane appears to be named on the 1911 Census forms. I live in Birkdale so next time I go that way I’ll take a look. I might even have a nose round Churchtown when it cools down a bit!

For the moment I have no idea where Blown Out Lane is! I did wonder if it could be Blowick Lane.
