Not sure if this is relevant but I have found a possible marriage for the sister, an Army one in Germany in 1991.

I can't be absolutely certain because the names are not given in full, only the initial for the second name which matches the sister.

One likely child from that marriage.

You can view the record for this on Find My Past in the British Armed Forces And Overseas Banns And Marriages section. 

I've just checked the 192 website using the married name and there is a family of that name living in West Lothian but the last date is 2010 so I don't know if that is still current.
