Cleveland Family History Society have HR MIs on their website to purchase as a CD, A4 printout and PDF download.  The latter is the cheapest version - £2.20.  CD version is £6.75 plus postage but covers Crathorne, Hilton & Seamer churchyards as well as HR.

The pdf download is easy to purchase and is immediately available, or was when I bought some recently.  You don't have to be a member of the Society to purchase anything from their online shop.
