Hugh McMahon Clark born 1872 arrived in Boston in 1895
« on: Sunday 25 July 21 21:06 BST (UK) »
I am trying to find where my ancestor Hugh McMahon Clark born 1872 in Glasgow Scotland to David Clark and iron turner and his wife Isabella Stewart.  Hugh was an engine finisher and an auger finisher, and married Agnes Shield in 1893 in Glasgow aged 20.  She was 17.  According to a distant cousin he emigrated to the USA from Glasgow to Boston on the the ship SS Peruvian in 1895.  His wife followed in 1896.  Did he have any children in the USA?  Did he stay in Massachusetts or go elsewhere?  Any help would be great to see where he went and when he died.

Here is a burial record - 5th November 1946 on the document. The date on the record is confusing. It will help you search for  him in US censuses
