Transcribing and translating Will from Latin to English

Hello,
It's my first time trying to transcribe and translate the final section of a will that has been written in Latin. I've used a latin-english google translate and tried to work it all out, but there are a few words I just can't transcribe correctly so google translate can't do it's job! Any help would be much appreciated. I have images of the original and my transcription/translation.

*  I'm not sure about this word.  It looks like at but normally would be ad, making:   ...sworn on the Holy Gospels...

The last word is heavily contracted.  It possibly means Examined but I'm not sure.

It's Bettesworth.  He must have done many thousands of these.

Agreed. Last word above is jurat(is), to agree with Quibus (dative). But it can equally well be left as jurat', without extension, and is commonly found that way.

Agreed. It is Exa(minatur) = 'it is examined'.
