  *  (Edward TOD) married c 1815 a Elizabeth BENSON born c 1791 St Bees Cumbria.

  *   After the marriage I have her children being born in Bannockburn Stirling Scotland.

If you do not have a marriage for Edward TOD and Elizabeth, how have you identified Henry to be the first born child?

Can you name the children born in Bannockburn, or elsewhere, please?

If Elizabeth married ~ 1815 I think it is unlikely that her first child would be born so many years later.

Ancestry  family  trees have a son Edward TOD, b. 1832, Bannockburn, married Mary RAMSAY, 1849, Clackmannan and  having family in New Zealand, and dying in New Zealand.

Do you know how these researchers have confirmed that the New Zealand Edward is born to your Edward TOD and Elizabeth BENSON?
