Does anyone know when the 1921 census for the IOM will be released, please, and how we might be able to access it?

All previous IOM census material has been made available,  along with that for England and Wales, on whichever website had acquired the rights to make it public. Find My Past is the site that has the rights to the 1921 census to start with. I assume that the IOM data will first appear on there.
Liverpool - Ireland
Skerries, County Dublin - Thorn(ton),  Wicklow -  Traynor
Baltray, Co. Louth, McGuirk and  Co. Mayo -  Phillips
Isle of Man - Harrison -  Andreas and Morrison - Maughold,
Durham, Hetton and East Rainton area  - Brown and Kennedy
Northumberland - Clough, Longbenton

Thanks - with it being a separate jurisdiction from England and Wales I'd just wondered whether it might be coming out separately.

https://www.findmypast.co.uk/help/articles/360009238618-what-information-does-the-1921-census-contain-

The 1921 census is a household census taken in June 1921, and paints a picture of the UK population nearly one hundred years ago. It holds information on every household, vessel, institution and overseas residencies that were part of England and Wales in 1921, plus the Isle of Man and Channel Islands

Thank you - since that page is in a section entitled "Coming soon: 1921 Census of England & Wales" I didn't think to go there to check.

The Isle of Man is only as independent as the UK wants us to be!  :o

Bear in mind that parts of the island were "commandeered" by the UK for Internment Camps in both WW1 and WW2 (and all records for those camps are in London!).

We (IOM) have been more and more independent in recent times.

But the 1921 census is still controlled by the 1920 Census Act - and this includes the IOM sections.
Garrad (Suffolk, Essex, Somerset), Crocker (Somerset), Vanstone (Devon, Jersey), Sims (Wiltshire), Bridger (Kent)
