Mr and Mrs Charles Crawford announce the engagement of their daughter Norma Jeanne to Sgmn Ronald Archbell, Royal Corps of Signals, son of Mr and Mrs Harold Archwell.  Marriage to take place on June 10th at St. Chad's Anglican Church.

Obit for Norma....Toronto Star Aug 13 1992, page D28

Norma Jean Archbell (nee Crawford) died at Peterborough Civic Hospital on Aug 11 1992.  She had lived at Applewood Manor, Peterborough.  Wife of the late Ronald George Archbell.  Mother of D and his wife A, and J and his wife K ... all of Peterborough.   Grandmother of 3 named children, great grandmother of one.  Sister of Rob Crawford of Keene and Mrs Joan Irish of Burlington.

Lillian Archbell obit from Globe and Mail Dec 16 1967...

Past Matron of O.E.S. No. 32.  She died at the Toronto East General Hospital on Dec 14 1967.  Lillian Jones, wife of Harold Archbell of 55 Lynndale Road, Scarborough.  Mother of Dorothy (Mrs D Billinghurst), Lillian (Mrs C Ellick), Ronald and Harold.  Survived by 8 grandchildren.  Interment Resthaven Memorial Gardens

You probably have these...but

Obit for George Thomas Archbell in the Toronto Star, 20 July 1946, page 23.   It says he died in Toronto of 19 July 1946.  Husband of the late Mary Elizabeth Sharp, 100 Kenilworth Ave.  Father of Kenneth and Harold.  Interment Scarboro Memorial Park Cemetery. 

Obit for Kenneth George Archbell in the Toronto Star, 26 March 1973, page 41.  It says he died in Florida on March 23. Husband of Isabell McPhie and father of Gordon.   Grandfather of D, J and J.

Added:  Just spotted the obituary for Gordon.  His wife, June, also died in 2021 - 11 July.

RK - is there anything in Toronto papers for a Harold Archbell born 11 July 1926 who died in Pinellas Florida 2 March 1990 - aged 63 years.  Wondering if this was the son of Harold and Lillian ?
