I've resized my original clip. Also,I've been through previous pages but nothing similar.

He died the next year but the burial doesn't have an occ.

As josey says, the dea h cert should give it.

He was a Chelsea Pensioner and had spent 10 years with the military in India he was discharged in 1839
Several later family members were bath chair men in Leamington Spa so Chair would be  good for the first word but Chair what? I am not aware that bath chair men worked in Warwick its self but may be we have found the first of the Herringshaw bath chair men.

Thank you everyone for your help just that mysterious second word to fathom out.

Given what you've said, I think it might say Chelsea Pensioner.

Image quality sometimes varies from one site to another, and I've had a look at this one at The Genealogist, where it's in greyscale and reasonably clear.

I might not have got it without Trees' clue, but with it I'm 90% or more certain that it's Chelsea Pensioner.
Researching among others:
Bartle, Bilton, Bingley, Campbell, Craven, Emmott, Harcourt, Hirst, Kellet(t), Kennedy,
Meaburn, Mennile/Meynell, Metcalf(e), Palliser, Robinson, Rutter, Shipley, Stow, Wilkinson
