There are several Emily BRITTONs with a father named Thomas.  The daughter of Thomas and Priscilla lived in the registration district of Keynsham and was unmarried in 1891.  There are two marriages, one in 1893 (father is named Robert) and one in 1894 with father Thomas, a Carrier I think.  She is aged 27 and a boot maker which matches the 1891 census.  Groom is William Samuel PALMER.

The witnesses at the BRITTON/JOSEPH marriage were Robert and Caroline BRITTON and this would be Emily's sister and her husband (yes, they had the same surname) who were married in 1871.  The signatures match on both documents. This Emily was therefore likely to be the daughter of Thomas BRITTON and Caroline BRITTON (again, same surname).
