Help with Will

So far in this will I have:

into the hands of Almighty God my maker & Creator trusting his will receive the
same in mercy & make me a partaker of Everlasting Happiness in his  heavenly

Last couple, I hope :)

From the first clip, I have

I can't quite make out the word after pound.

Clayton, thanks. Both suggestions make sense. As the will is quite littered with abbreviations, I think these suggestion fit in well with the intensions of the testator.

As the will is quite littered with abbreviations, I think these suggestion fit in well with the intensions of the testator.


You can see the word 'received' is abbreviated here, as the scribe as put a line across the top which indicates an omission of letters. It's used a lot in wills.
The fancy 'P' with the curly tail is also used a lot - it can mean 'per', 'pro', 'pre', depending on context.
