Can this image of David Winton with some blemishes be tidied up please?

I've just discovered this photograph of my great-grandfather David Winton as a young man, his siblings and his parents, my great-great-grandparents, but it has a few blemishes. Can anyone help by cleaning it up please?

Hi Alistair, What a lovely photo, I would love to do it but am currently out of action at the moment due to "Neuropathic Nerve Pain" which is keeping me away from my hobby at the moment  :-\
I am sure that you will get some very good results though.
