Rhoda farmer birth. Or parents

Hi trying to help my wife with ancestors..she was born in pontycymer Glamorgan Wales. Her parents divorced when she was very small. So little information about her father's family. But have found her g. Grandparents William Williams and Rhoda farmer.. in 1911 census. Rhoda is down as born dulverton Somerset.1878. How she got to Pontycymer Glamorgan Wales a mining town. or who here parents were ? Any information would be great.

Bapt of Rhoda may have been hard to read as on all of the other childrens baps Mother is Harriet
(about 10 children to them).

1891 James is Widowed and in Wales with 3 youngest children.
