Hi,
Please can anyone help me?
I've got an incomplete Seaman's Ticket for:
John Balcomb, born 1814, Laughton, Sussex
(The record has not downloaded properly, and is missing the bottom part!)
Please can anyone look at this record and tell me the answers to the following:

Has Served in Royal Navy?
Has been in Foreign Service?
When unemployed resides at?
Issued where and when
