Frank Ibbotson

I am trying to find the last reading place of Frank Henry Ibbotson.
Born 29 October 1898 in Sheffield.
He was residing in Sutton Coldfield at 16 Chester road in 1939.
Wifes name was Minnie Ibbotson nee Tonks.
He died at Victoria Hospital Lichfield, 7/8 April 1948.
His family, part of my extended family live in New Zealand and made one journey already to try to find him.
I have noted on the internet that he died in Birmingham, but his Death certificate shows the details above.
Can anyone shed any light please.

Think you will find there is some confusion, it was his Administration  which took place in Birmingham

Ibbotson, Frank Henry of 128a Birmingham Road Litchfield, died 7th April 1948 at the Victoria Hospital, Litchfield.  Administration 4th June to Minnie Ibbotson, Widow and
Alan Frederick Ibbotson oil and colour  merchant. Effects £13,105.

Thank you for that information Spendlove.     I wrote  the wrong word.
I meant last resting place, I only contacted this extended family 2 weeks ago, and they had made a journey from New Zealand to try and find his resting place at some time in the past.
They had tried Witton cemetery in Birmingham with no luck.

Where did you get the address from for the 1939 Register?  I checked this address and Frank is not living there.

I tried using names but nothing showing up for 1939.  Frank and Minnie had three children, two boys and a girl.

Which Chester Road was it?  There are six listed on the address section of the 1939 Register.

Chester Road, Chester Road North x 2, Chester Road Erdington and Chester Road New Oscatt x 2

I'm guessing the x 2 ones had their roads split up.

Yes the DOB is quite clear.

For location.    The Beggars Bush Inn on the corner of Chester road and New ……..     is just a few properties down
