In remembrance of Alan Fulton who was the son of my step Grandmother Penelope and her first husband Walter Fulton.

Alan had been a prisoner of war aboard a Japanese ship.  This was torpedoed and sunk.  Japanese and Korean survivors were rescued by the Japanese.
Orders were given to machine gun any P.O.W.s rather than rescue them from the sea. :'(
