Death certificate

I received my grandmothers death certificate today and wondered if anyone could work out section 6 and 7.

I think the first part is Coma?, pontine haemorrhage and the third part is hypertension. I am still trying to work out the second part.

The middle part looks like glioblastoma of the ...

Glioblastoma is a cancer of the brain

The second is Glioblastoma (a cancerous tumour) but I cannot make sense of what. Nettie just beat me to it.

Pons and pontine refer to a part of the brain.

Under the name of informant says "causing the body to be buried" which googling tells me is referring to the person who is giving the instructions to the undertaker.
