Dorset Family History Society's Computer Group Online Zoom Meeting
« on: Monday 23 August 21 21:29 BST (UK) »
Dorset Family History Society is hosting an on-line Zoom Computer Group session on Tuesday 7th September 2021 from 7.30pm - 9.30pm (approx.)

This is a Technical Help Session hosted by the Society's webmaster Alan Mead.

Unlike in the past the meeting will operate by Zoom only as the format is particularly suited to the topic. Attendees will be able to demonstrate their problems and issues by sharing the screen from their own computer, and Alan will be able to provide help by sharing back from his. We may not be able to solve everyone's technical issues, but our meetings feature a group of members with some technical skills.

The Society will still need to give some time to research and prepare, so please send questions to Alan in advance by accessing the website, selecting 'Contact Us' and choosing 'webmaster' to email your queries as soon as possible.

Zoom sign-in on the night from 7.15 pm (UK time).

Society Members who have consented to receive information by e-mail will find a meeting invitation link, and how to donate the 3 voluntary admission, in the E-News sent about 4 days before the meeting.

Those who do not receive E-News, or who are not Society Members, are welcome to join this meeting and should access the meeting by emailing from the week before. An invitation will be sent out with sign in details of how to sign in to Zoom from 7.15pm on the night for a 7.30 start.

The Society would welcome a voluntary contribution of 3 towards the cost via our website.  Thank you.
