From the NLW Tithe maps:

Benjamin Bumford held house, garden and croft with ~3 acres, owned by John Phillips

Richard Bumford held the Walk Fulling Mill, house and ~2 ½ acres owned by Rev. Devereux Glynn Mytton.  In 1841 Andrew Bumford, a weaver was recorded there.

Bowen Bumford held Allt / Rallt, ~7 ½ acres also owned by the Rev. Mytton.  Bowen and his family were recorded at Allt in 1841 and 1851

Bowen Bunford/Bumford, son of Bowen (and Elizabeth?), married Jane Davies on 22nd July 1843 in Berriew.

In 1861, born in Trefeglwys in 1819, he and his family are in Atcham, Shropshire.

Bowen Bunford/Bumford, son of Edward and Sarah, was baptised in Trefeglwys on 6th June 1813. He seems more likely to be the one who married Elizabeth Morris.
