1910
Sarah M McIntyre, 59, born in Missouri, father also, mother in Virginia, married twice, 17 years, 6 children, 6 alive
William McIntyre, 62, born in Ireland, a cook in a hotel, married once

Oliver might be her first married name, not her maiden name. The marriage record doesn't say much.

one of these women could be 'Mrs Fuller of this city' who survived Sarah McIntyre's death, as mentioned in her obit.
San Antonio City Directory
1914
Fuller
A Fuller (Maude) 611 Van Ness
   Edward (Alice) 629 E Crockett
   Frank (Josephine) 502 Seguin
   Hiram (Alma) 512 Lopez
Joseph (Frances) 115 E San Pedro Place
Martha (widow of Harry M), school teacher, 122 Simpson
   R J (Annie) 911 Crosby
   Robert M (Emma) 1902 Leal
   T F (Mrs T F), attorney, 513 E Elmira  - not there in 1913
   William (Lucy/Lucille) 126 Van Ness

1913 book not in 1914
Fuller
     Fred, soldier (Freida)
Mary (widow of Andrew), 516 Van Ness

-----------
I think I found the first two, Maude and Alice, dying in Bexar Co, and they were not a match. You can probably eliminate them. As for the others, I couldn't be sure. You'd probably have to look at each one's genealogies to rule them in or out.

And Sarah's daughter might have left San Antonio after Sarah's death.

-----------
and I browsed Bexar county deaths for 1913 and there aren't any in the online records at ancestry for October or November. They might be at the county level, though. You could request it. If her husband knew and remembered her parents' names and birthplaces, and her birthplace, that information might be on the form.
