Thanks, Genealiza. I found that address and sent an email but have gotten no reply. So frustrating.
The last blog post concerns a book he has written about the Scholes family of Moundville Twp., Marquette County, Wisconsin. If there is one place that features large in my ancestry, it has to be Moundville Twp., Marquette County, Wisconsin. The Scholes farm was located near the Bennettt and Watson farms; they are closely related to me by marriage and all of them seem to have been part of the Potters' Immigration Society which attempted to relocate underemployed English potters to the United States. I note also that he has connections to the Audiss and Hull families; so do I. But to top it all off, he has a "story" about the Endeavor Christian Academy which was founded by my great aunt and her husband. One could even say that for a while it was the family business - almost everyone either attended as a student or worked there as a teacher.
I'm sure we could exchange lots of information so I'll just have to keep my fingers crossed that he eventually replies.
