Lincoln Street was off Beacon Street which was off Athol Street. Perhaps too short a street to be named on maps.

You can see Lincoln Street between blocks 593 and 594 on this 1941 Goad map: https://www.goadoldstreetmaps.com/shop/goad-old-street-map-329-beacon-street-liverpool-april-1941/

Thank you all so much

After someone said Green Street ran between Hornby and Portland, I checked my maps again and embarrassingly it is marked - in my defence, in very small text! It originally seems to have been a short street between the aforementioned two at the Great Howard Street end.

Thanks to Shaun for that Goad map - I can now see why Lincoln Street isn't marked on most earlier maps, it's tiny.
