I don't know anymore where I got this from nor do I know what it means.  I am not asking for anyone to translate it for me word for word, but a rough idea of what it means.  I must have got it because it has Benjamin Wykham/Wykwan mentioned.  Wykhams are in my tree but very early on 1360 and prior. And my lot are Henry, Maud and Agnes in Sussex. 

Any help appreciated.

This is a final concord, part of the feet of fines process, between Richard Costantyn of London and Margaret his wife querents (plaintiffs) and Richard de Elleford and Leticia his wife deforciants (defendants) for land in Eton and Wyboldeston (Bedford). Henry Wykwan is there on behalf of Margaret as an attorney.

I suppose the original must be on the AALT site but I have't looked exactly where.

There is definitely no Benjamin in this record. It is Henricum (Henry) Wykwan. There is a long r in the middle, descending below the line. I suspect someone has misread this r as a j, and also misread the initial H as a B, and has therefore come up with Benjamin.

I don't think I've seen a Benjamin in England in the 14th century, probably not until the 16th century. Benedict and Bennet, certainly, but not Benjamin.

Yes, he was an attorney.

There are several records where he was acting in the same capacity, for example:
(282) York: In the octave of Saint Hilary 8 Edward III.
Q: John de Frenstede and wife Joan by Henry Wykwan attorney of Joan.
