George Rooke & Frances Ward Marriage Allegation wording

Some help needed with a cutting i have of a George Rooke & Frances Ward Marriage Allegation.

My understanding is the following, gaps are the words i cant understand: -

16 October 1723
Appeared personally George Rooke of the
parish of St. James .......... in the County
of ...........  ......  aged upwards of ...... by ......
years and a Batchelor and ........... that .....
intends to marry with Mrs Frances Ward of the
parish of S. Martin in the ....... in this County .........
aged upwards of ........ years with ......  ........ of .....  ........
Mrs Mary ........  .........

yeares and a Batchelor and alleadged that hee
intends to marry with Mrs Frances Ward of the
parish of St Martin in the fields in the County aforesaid
aged upwards of twenty one yeares with the Consent of her Mother
Mrs Mary Ward widow

I don't see one after twenty for Frances. Would she have needed parental consent if she was 21?

I don't see one after twenty for Frances. Would she have needed parental consent if she was 21?

Ive zoomed in and it looks like your right Maiden Stone.

But it does say 'with the consent of her Mother Mary Ward widow'

As confirmed by the mother's signed consent slip, dated the previous day (15 October) and bound into the volume immediately before the allegation.
