Cause of death of Margaret Mylan, nee Spencer, 1917

I can't read the last couple words in cause of death for Margaret. Apparently, she had been an invalid for 3 years as per her husband John's draft registration in Jan 1917. Since they only married in Feb 1913, she was an invalid for most of the marriage. Thanks for any help.
