Belfast street name query ?

I can't read the street name in the attached picture. It is a record from 1921.

I'm not familiar enough with Belfast to even guess. Any ideas ?

1924 Belfast directory lists it as off Shankill Road

It says URNEY RD (not Street).
Not listed in 1924 directory but Urney Street is there and that's probably the actual address.

That's the person I'm looking for....John McElwee or McIlwee. Very illusive family. It was just luck that I found a war record for his son with that address on it.
