There are two records - admission and discharge for Emily Moule , born 1858.she was admitted from Newington 14th February 1891 and discharged 18th February 1891 to Grove Hall Asylum. Her religion recorded as Baptist

Just to point out that Horton Hospital/Asylum isn't in Buckinghamshire, but in Surrey. It's one of the group of asylums around Epsom.

The Epsom cluster on the Horton estate!
But Horton asylum didn't open till 1902
