Trying to find the wife of William George Moule, born 1858

There are two records - admission and discharge for Emily Moule , born 1858.she was admitted from Newington 14th February 1891 and discharged 18th February 1891 to Grove Hall Asylum. Her religion recorded as Baptist

Well found both, the address given for her husband William on the link Jon has provided is where William Snr & Jnr are living in 1891 RG12; Piece: 367; Folio: 22; Page: 37;

Just to point out that Horton Hospital/Asylum isn't in Buckinghamshire, but in Surrey. It's one of the group of asylums around Epsom.
