I am looking for the parents of Ann, so far I have only found her living with her Grandparents William and Susannah in Lackford.

You didn’t say but presume that was 1881.   


William and Susannah are at Brook Cottage, he is an Ag Lab
On the previous page at Brook Farm is a servant, Rose Orbell age 16 b Barrow.

Seems like a possibility for her

But in 1871 Rose J is with William and Susannah image 6 and there is a daughter Ann age 2. 
Suspect that is your Ann.
So she is a daughter in 1871 and a granddaughter in 1881.

Stephen Bond, labourer of Dalham named as father by Sarah Orbell, he was ordered to pay Sarah 1s 6d per week, Plus costs.

Affiliation order Robert Smith of Risby, labourer also ordered to pay 1s 6d a week to Sarah Orbell of Risby (plus costs).

The other newspaper article did not mention a place of abode for that Sarah

The Sarah Orbell in Risby is a different Sarah.

William and Susannah had a dau. Sarah b.1846 Barrow i.e. mother of Ann.

Sarah Orbell married James Woods Mar.qtr.1871 Thingoe and they are living in Barrow 1871 with 1month old daughter.  Marriage took place 11/2/1871 Barrow so cutting things fine!!  Baby daughter Jane Elizabeth baptised 10/3/1871 Barrow.

Thank you all the fact that there is no Fathers name is probably why I could  not find anything.

The Ann Orbell who married Elias Drake was bc.1869 Barrow.    The only Ann born in Barrow at this time was the dau. of Sarah, granddaughter of William and Susannah (as you identified yourself at the outset).
