Is there such a thing as a list of linguists that were used in 2nd WW either in RAF or army

Not sure about a list existing, as voice intercept operators (linguists) were part of military intelligence.

The GHQ Liaison Regiment depended on linguists - there is a book about this Regt, some of which is available on Google Books.
