I don't bother reporting anything to Ancestry but do have success with FindMyPast  :). It will be interesting to see if familysearch does do anything.

I don't expect they'll do anything. Their response was beyond rude and condescending, and I replied to say this, and so I suppose that will cut out any chance of something being done.

This is an example of the one I have that is wrongly indexed

It is a baptism for a William Birkett Blacow which actually took place in Poulton le Sands (Morecambe)
Adlington and PLS are on the same film 1526062 which I have viewed and all of the baptisms I looked at were on the register for PLS but indexed as Adlington so they have obviously indexed the parish wrongly
