Hi All,
Would anyone know of a source for this record other than ProQuest?
"Search in Parliamentary papers for a complete list of civilian staff in post in the Survey on 31 March 1863 (reference 1862 (xxxiii) 505)"

Staff records — Search in Parliamentary papers for a complete list of civilian staff in post in the Survey on 31 March 1863 (reference 1862 (xxxiii) 505).
If you are a member of a library, contact the librarian staff and ask them to organise access. ProQuest's note reads:
NOTE:
Your region or institute may not appear on the list because they have not signed up for this type of access
Alternatively, your institution may be listed but may not have access to ProQuest because they do not have an account or they have not signed up for this type of access with us.
Please consult the librarian at your institution with any questions about this type of access.
