Winifred Emma Knell

Winifred Emma Knell was born on the 09.08.1895 in Birchington, Kent, England I have her parent's etc. where she is on the 1901 and 1911, its after 1939 I loose her.

I have her on the 1939 living in Finchley with Mary Ann Kerridge.

Winifred's surname is crossed out and Pollard written instead.
I have always understood this to be the later married name, despite every which way I have not found any marriage between Pollard and Knell.

I need another pair of eyes please. Looking for her marriage ,possible children and date of death.

The record is in 1984.

Not finding a death record so far.

I wonder if she met up with a man who wasn't free to marry her but she took his name.
