Place name near Chester Cheshire?

Hello,

I am struggling to follow this family, I have found them in the 1861 census, the transcription said "Ashan" but the handwriting looks like maybe somewhere near Chester ??

I have attached the clip, I would really appreciate help with the last line.

Transcriptions and NBI are merely finding aids.  They are NOT a substitute for original record entries.
