Harriett Bell death 1888 154 Albion Road, Stoke Newington, Mddx
« on: Wednesday 06 October 21 07:49 BST (UK) »
It seems that Harriett Bell's death registration has her place of death as 154 Albion Road, Stock Newington.  Is it possible to find out who lived there?   I can't see her in the 1881 census for this district.

It probably doesn't help but this family were living there in 1891

Names don't appear to be connected - (however, will keep this in mind).

However, a Mary Miller (my direct ancestor) was living at 55 Albion Road in 1875 when she died, and she could possibly be Harriett's aunt.
It would be helpful to know whether this Harriett was a single woman.  Would help to eliminate or not.

Did the death certificate state an occupation for Harriett, what information is given for the informant

Just seen a plaque for 154 Albion Road.  It was built by Thomas Cubitt in 1831.  A Heritage Building Register.
Very impressed.  She had money!  I know her brother did (if this is the right Harriett)

As I just found this and it tied in with Mary Mary who died in 1875,  I haven't the death cert.  Just the entry in the "Burials for the parish"  at St James Enfield.
Gives her age as 68 which is spot on.  If she is a single person then, perhaps it could be her.

Still there in 1911

You really need the death certificate to help confirm whether it is your Harriett
