Scotlands People Payment Issue
« on: Friday 08 October 21 12:14 BST (UK) »
Hi. Is anyone having problems paying for credits on SP? Seems to be a Worldpay problem where it cancels the transaction.

Just tried it - went through .

Did you press continue when the Wordpay screen came up?

Check the expiry date on the card registered to Worldpay

When I had a similar problem a while ago, it eventually turned out that it was because I had blocked all pop-ups, and the bank site needed them to work.

Are you paying from outside the UK and, if so, is there a cap on the amount of money you can spend in a single transaction?

I had an experience in the last year or so in which the transactions wouldn't go through when I tried to buy credits on ScotlandsPeople. I'm in Canada. It turned out that the prepaid credit card I was using suddenly couldn't be used on purchases outside North America. Another brand still allows them but has put a limit of $75 on any single purchase outside of North America.

Regards,
Josephine

I have never had a cap problem but sometimes I wish I did.

I had a rejection once it was because I used another card.

The issue has been fixed. Problem was with Worldpay.
