So possibly the Horace and Lily Weeden took on Horace Coppard born 1918?

I agree with Tazzi, the  Library made a mistake? You  need to get the Bromley birth certificate to see what that tells you. In three months time the 1921 census will be released, that should help.

The Library May have referred to what looks like a notebook, it states the marriage was  at St. John's, Pembroke Docks after Banns   Horace was of the Parish and Hannah Llampumpsaint     (as transcribed). Certificate to be collected. Horace being of the Parish only means he had complied with three weeks residency there.

Two other marriages on the mage were crossed through, presumably their certificates had been collected.
