Presumably if you have his adoption papers they should give you the name of his birth mother and his birth name. That should enable you to locate his original birth certificate, you will already know the year he was born, so it shouldn’t be two difficult.

I have all they above but I have nothing with the name he was born with, all his adoption papers have his new name and surname. I know his full birth name would just like a certificate.

According to this she does have his full birth name, that is what is puzzling, because she is contradicting herself.

Hmm…yes now that I have read it over, Lisa does seem to say she has his birth name.  Perhaps the OT could clarify, please ?

Hopefully OP will return and answer the query I posted earlier-
Do you mean the official paperwork regarding his adoption or the birth certificate that was issued AFTER his adoption (which would likely show new name and date of birth)?
Away sorting out DNA matches... I may be gone for some time many years!

We need clarification on exactly what the OP has. In her first post she says she has his adoption papers, but she means just his adoption certificate, then she doesn’t have his adoption papers. If she had the papers, then they should name his mother, until we know exactly what it  is she possesses there isn’t any we can do to help.

After reading the linked thread, it seems OP only has the adoption certificate with his adopted name - the only way to find out his birth name/details of birth is from his official adoption records (this was referred to in the other thread back in 2012).

Only his official adoption records can give you the information you want. (Apart from having a different surname he may not have been a 'Harry' at birth).

I know his full birth name would just like a certificate.

You appear to have a family tree on Ancestry and already have a copy of the original birth certificate  ???
