Cause of death
« on: Wednesday 13 October 21 22:25 BST (UK) »
Hi everyone,

Does anyone know what it says after cardiac degeneration?

Just that one word. The rest doesn't matter.

Thank you!

I wonder if it is anasarca - a diffused dropsy in the skin and tissue under it?

The mystery word seems to start with ANST…
Milligan - Jardine – Glencross – Dinwoodie - Brown: (Dumfriesshire & Kirkcudbrightshire)
Clark – Faulds – Cuthbertson – Bryson – Wilson: (Ayrshire & Renfrewshire)
Neale – Cater – Kinder - Harrison: (Warwickshire & Queensland)
Roberts - Spry: (Cornwall, Middlesex & Queensland)
Munster: (Schleswig-Holstein & Queensland) and Plate: (Braunschweig, Neubruck & Queensland)

This is a long shot

Is Au an abbreviation for auditory and the second word is stasis, meaning a slowing or stoppage of circulating blood.

Perhaps the doctor heard the the blood circulation stop?  ::)

I agree with GR2 - anasarca, which can be associated with heart problems.

Thank you everyone!

Anasarca sounds like a very good possibility given the connection with the heart.
