We're presumably talking about the townland of Carmoney in Kilmacrenan civil parish and near Milford, Co Donegal.

This was a brother of Samuel.
Robert Hunter who married Sarah McCoach in 1885. His father John Hunter, a farmer.

This was probably the death record of John Hunter aged 80, a widower and farmer, at Carmoney. The informant was his daughter Catherine who was living at Woodquarter townland.

Here she is in the 1901 census with her husband William John and family.

There are 3 other possible marriages Elizabeth Hunter, 1872, Jane Hunter, 1876, & Robert Hunter, 1885, where the father is John Hunter, farmer, Carmoney.

Jane, age 60, is on the 1911 census with her family,  but Elizabeth , age 64, is boarding in Ballymagorry, Tyrone & listed as single. No trace of Samuel, her husband in deaths or census.

There is a Samuel Lease, born Ireland, age 35, on 1891, Canada census, Assiniboia East, listed as widowed.
