hand writing at end of marriage cert 1891

hi can anyone tell me what it says on the right hand side of this marriage certificate and what it might mean. Mary had been married before.

Here's a bit of it:

........................... for "Maria Anne"  read Mari Anne ............. as per deposition made before the presiding Justice at Belfast Petty Sessions this 15th May 1891 ...................

Hi GS thank you for the reply, one of the missing words is mcgee the last name is mcphillips why would this be on a marriage certificate.

This is an authorised amendment to the information recorded originally.

Column 3 would identify the location of the information to which the amendment applies.

Column 3 should be "Mari Anne McGee"

The original information is not altered, the amendment records the change.

What do you see in column 3?

When was the marriage?.
