Thanks everyone, Lisa, RJ137, and Sandra. All of these Taggart and Watterson deaths seem correct, including baby Mary Eleanor. Her place of  death was Mosher below Thompson in 1862 whereas Samuel George's death aka George in 1861 was Mosher above Gerard. So same street roughly.
It seems that Alexander and Mary had a second son George abt 1865 as per the 1870 census. I am thinking it is his death in 1889. Alexander and Mary's son William  is supposed to have died Oct 1,1903 in Chicago, wife Margaret Fitzgerald who died in 1887, not sure where but thinking Philadelphia.
On the 1872 directory, there is a George Watterson stone mason at 1430 Richmond. Wonder where he fits in the family. Alexander's brother George died in Ireland in 1898.
As per the 1900 census, and William Hart Taggart, it is possibly him even though there appears to be an M by his name, as in William M., rather than William H. Perhaps the M belongs to the person above.
Thanks again for all the help.
