Waterloo Drum Major

Good afternoon Everyone…

I was about to ask Martin Aaron (below) for a Waterloo ‘look-up,’ but he seems to be inundated with requests.
 
Can someone please provide me with the name of the Drum Major of the 2nd Battalion 3rd Regiment of Foot Guards at Waterloo.  I’ve been sifting through files at a rate on knots without any success.  My closest name came from the annexed portion of the Battalion’s HQ Company roll call. 

I’m nearly certain that Sgt. Ralph Fraser was in that Company. (third from the top)  The CSM must be the first.  But the second is hazy…, could it be 'Battalion Drill Sergeant'? 
Is it possible that he was with another Company ?  The Drum Major would have controlled the distribution of all the Drummers (Buglers) to the 10 Companies.
 
Is it possible that there’s another archive document to research, like Martin’s list of 28.000 men ?

I was about to write to RHQ, but I already have an on-going question with no reply.  The Archivist is obviously under the weather with work.

The second one is "QM Serg".  Quartermaster Sergeant.

We've been round this before with Ralph Fraser who was a Quartermaster Sergeant at Waterloo, promoted to Quartermaster in 1819.

Thank you Shaun..., yes, you and RootsChat helped me a lot with him and I have all I need.  But he was not the Drum Major.  Fraser was winning medals at Hougoumont while the Drum Major was probably having a quick pint at the close-by brewery of Mont-Saint-Jean.
Just joking...

However, I want the D/M's name as he would have conducted the Courts-Martial while counting the lashes dealt out by the Drummer.  Two victimes with 300 lashes each.

Yes...  And as Shaun mentioned, it certainly looks like Quartermaster Sergeant.
